Hey, I’m Casey Jacox
Short version:
Author, speaker, sales & leadership podcast host, husband, dad. I believe what I do matters.
Longer version:
Throughout my career, adversity has been my strength. At Kforce, I held the top national sales position for ten consecutive years before becoming President of Client Strategy and Partnerships.
In March 2019, I left Kforce as the all-time leading salesperson to author my debut non-fiction book, "WIN the RELATIONSHIP – Not the DEAL." With over 100 organic Amazon reviews, it's reshaping how teams build customer relationships and internal cultures.
Drawing on lessons from my college quarterback days, I embrace adversity and lead Winning The Relationship, LLC, where I offer executive sales leadership and coaching. I also host The Quarterback DadCast, sharing stories and wisdom on fatherhood and leadership.
I thrive on genuine, enduring connections and empower others to exceed their potential. Laughter and fun drive my work ethic—because why work if it's not enjoyable? In my spare time, I enjoy reading, CrossFit, golf, and, most importantly, quality time with my family.
